Farmhouse Restaurant: An interview with Lauren Schuppe & Gip Matthews

This one was probably my most ambitious project of the year.  It started out in mid-September as a marathon road trip up to Madeline Island, where I spent a couple of days with Lauren Schuppe and Gip Matthews, owners of Farmhouse Restaurant.  They have a truly inspiring story about making their dreams a reality, while simultaneously making the world a better place.  I am really happy to share this one, I hope you enjoy it too.  Click here or on the photo above to view the story.
